Years ago, I had a vision of Invoking The Divine Feminine in a bigger way. I felt her presence in meditation in the form of a powerful force within my body, and I knew I wanted all women to feel what I was experiencing. I had read about the great Kundalini Shakti for years in Yogic texts, but it wasn’t until I experienced my own energy body opening and expanding that I knew the radical potential of this path of awakening. I knew this was meant to be far more than just mine, it had to be shared.
We all have to confront our shadowy spaces on the path towards awakening. Taking on proper practices, proper sequences and a qualified teacher is essential to waking up to facing our fears, doubts, insecurities and stepping more towards honoring the destiny we each are made for. My path has not been easy, but Yoga has been my path of awakening in body, mind and spirit and embracing my wholeness bit by bit over time.
We all have the ability to wake up to this life, to our particular gifts and talents and live a more joyful existence. It’s really about freeing up the energy that is constricted, withdrawn or inhibited and transmuting this through our sadhana which is crucial to our reclamation of the feminine principle.
