The Winter Solstice time is an invitation to nourish the stillness and quiet places within ourselves so we can enter the New Year rested and rejuvenated. With the craziness of the holidays, give yourself or a family member the gift of ritual through practice and self care. Join Jeanie Manchester and Alison Litchfield this year as we weave the energies of dark and light in a women's AND men's Solstice Sacred Flow & Restorative practice along with live harp with Margot Krimmel. Afterwards we will celebrate with chai and optional fire ritual from 12:30-1pm.
