Through mythic lore and embodied asana ( posture) combined with breath work (pranayama) we begin to unravel our pain, fear, insecurity. Then we tap in deeper to immerse ourselves into inner meditative states that further this process of yielding and surrendering to the divine pulsation within.It's here we begin our process of awakening to the capacities that have been hidden from our sight. Each one of us has an important and unique piece in the puzzle of this planetary shift towards greater peace and reverence for this Earth and all of her creatures.
