A half-day women’s retreat to ignite your purpose, release pain, and re-kindle your spirit.
As we continue to experience the intensity of the Kali Yuga's demise, with loss and suffering all too prevalent, I feel the urgency to gather women at this time to heal our ancestral/personal wounds and to step more clearly into personal destiny and planetary healing.
I warmly invite you to come into our sisterhood circle.
Step into the transformative energy of Brigid, the Celtic Goddess of fire, healing, and inspiration, as we honor her sacred role as the flame keeper. Brigid’s fire sustains us through the in-between times—after the holidays have passed and before spring arrives—calling us to rekindle our passions, realign with our purpose, and reignite our longing to serve.
We stand at the precipice of the Sat Yuga—the Age of Truth—a profound time of transition where the success of this shift depends on each of us. By turning inward and raising the vibratory rate through deep states of meditation, we release the impediments of negative patterns and step into the truth of who we are. This retreat offers a sacred space to submerge deeply within and discover your true destiny forward in life.
We will gather to:
Invoke Brigid’s fire through yoga and movement, awakening vitality and passion.
Meditate on purpose, exploring the unique ways we are called to lead, heal, and create change.
Explore our shadow self, learning to sit with discomfort and transform it into wisdom and clarity.
Chant and dance to awaken joy and embody our unique expression.
Release stagnant energy and align with the cycles of nature, creating space for growth.
Learn Ayurvedic practices to navigate midwinter blues and sluggishness, supporting balance and inner light.
Unite in a peace practice to inspire personal and global healing.
As women, we are called to rise together, reclaiming our natural empowerment and stepping boldly into leadership during this time of collective awakening. Brigid’s fire will guide us as we move, sing, and submerge deeply into our inner truth, emerging with clarity, courage, and purpose to shine our light into the world.
