REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
RETREATS:
Since all retreat deposits and payments are used to secure venues, activities, and supplies, and since canceled spots require extra administrative time and cost to re-fill, all deposits and payments are non refundable.
In emergency situations, you may or may not be offered a credit for a future retreat, minus the amount of the deposit, based on the decision of our team and the policy of the venue, as well as if we are able to fill your spot. The deposit amount will be considered an admin fee in all cases and is not refundable.
No-shows, i.e. you don’t cancel and you don’t let us know that you won’t be attending, or if you cancel at such short notice that we are unable to re-sell your place, are fully non refundable or transferable.
We very much recommend that you purchase travel insurance! Even for domestic travel, it’s best to be prepared for any eventualities that might happen. with travel insurance you’ll be able to recover your financial investment (dependant on the insurance you purchase), hence avoiding or at least, easing the disappointment of having to miss the retreat.
We reserve the right to cancel a retreat for any reason. This would only happen in exceptional circumstances resulting us not being able to offer the retreat as advertised, or if the minimum number of participants to run the retreat is not met. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full amount you paid us in respect of the retreat. We cannot be hold liable for any expenses which you may have incurred, such as travel, holiday days or exchange rate losses.
