Summer Solstice is a time of celebrating the sun’s light as it hits its peak. It's a time to celebrate the warm summer months, gardening, and the abundance of the Earth. It's a time to honor the Goddess of the dawn and dusk, as well as our inner sun and creativity. As we move towards our new earth, Sat Yuga time, we call upon the Goddess Saraswati and the potency of our words, speech, and creativity will be enhanced as we raise the vibratory rate from within and move from a place of love.
In this workshop, we will weave aligned vinyasa flow with the power of voice. Together with movement, embodied mythic lore, mudra, mantra, and chanting, we will open our hearts and throat chakras to move from a place of love. and breakthrough to our authentic, creative expression.

Dawnia Dresser
is a lifelong vocalist and musician born and raised in Colorado. During her 19 years in Los Angeles, CA Dawnia co-created three albums of original folk-rock music and contributed extensively on albums and movies as a vocalist and voiceover artist. Since returning to Colorado, she released a Kirtan EP of soul-infused mantra music with producer Ben Leinbach (Jai Uttal, Deva Premal) and began teaching in the Boulder, CO based Kirtan Leader Institute. Her warm heart, clear and caring teaching style and soulful voice have led her to become a beloved member of the Kirtan community in CO and beyond.
Jeanie Manchester
discovered yoga in her 20’s and it became her love and devotion. She adored the rigor of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, its discipline and boundary and masculine energy. She was then drawn to Anusara yoga, Tantric Philosophy, and the embrace of the feminine, to Goddess lore and awakening The Kundalini Shakti. She is now devoted to understanding and experiencing the Goddess energy inside. When Kundalini awakening occurs the potent energy from within transforms from the "inside out" by literally raising all vibration. The Shri Vidya Goddess Tradition and Rajanaka Yoga greatly influenced Jeanies work. Working with the gods and goddess of yoga through mythic lore, mudra, mantra and posture have become Jeanie’s signature offering.
Jeanie’s inspiration and influence stems from a strong lineage of celebrated teachers, including Dr. Douglas Brooks, Sally Kempton, Richard Freeman, John Friend and Paul Muller-Ortega.
